Atari and Nightdive Studios have announced that genre defining survival horror game, System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster is now available on Nintendo Switch 2. The Nintendo Switch 2 version joins the title’s availability on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, and Nintendo Switch.

In System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster, players awake from cryo sleep aboard the FTL ship Von Braun and must fight their way through hybrid mutants and deadly robots to save mankind from destruction. The 1999 original uniquely blended RPG, first-person shooter, and survival horror elements, making it an instant classic, while the remaster features modern enhancements that bring players closer to the year 2114. 

Nintendo Switch 2 owners can now purchase the game on sale for $17.99 on Atari.com or the Nintendo Store.
