The creators behind the original immersive culinary hit have recently unveiled the newest full gameplay trailer for the upcoming sequel Cooking Simulator 2: Better Together.

The newly released trailer highlights upgrades to the original’s co-op mechanics, deeper progression systems, and enhanced realism, allowing players to plate their own masterpieces.

No one should ever work the line alone, and in the latest entry of Cooking Simulator, players will coordinate food preparation, plate dishes, and manage customer orders under pressure, together.

Players can divide responsibilities, specialize in specific kitchen roles, or improvise their way through service. The developers want to emphasize that co-op gameplay is not simply a multiplayer add-on, but a design pillar intended to create highly dynamic, streamable, and replayable gameplay scenarios.

Cooking Simulator 2 significantly expands the gameplay depth introduced in the original game with new features like:

· Over 200 ingredients

· A wide range of authentic recipes

· A fully reworked skill and perk progression system

· Expanded guest AI and behavior scenarios

· A more advanced plating and presentation system

The new Blueprint System allows players to follow step-by-step recipes, create their own culinary creations, and refine dishes over time. Players can design original dishes using available ingredients and cooking techniques, then add them to their restaurant menu and serve them to guests. This system is designed to support both accessibility for new players and creative freedom for experienced chefs.

The game also introduces enhanced visual feedback systems inspired by the real-world cooking intuition of the world’s top chefs; helping players better understand food preparation, timing, and quality through intuitive cues rather than traditional UI prompts.

Players must not only manage the cooking process itself but also the operational challenges of running a restaurant. By taking full ownership of ingredient availability, reacting to changing customer demands, and maintaining service efficiency during high-pressure scenarios, players will be thrown into the pit where the game’s expanded guest behavior systems will dictate their service.

In Cooking Simulator 2: Better Together, different customer groups react to the presentation quality, preparation speed, and service consistency of your cooking. The dynamic guest feedback loop is designed to encourage strategic decision-making and adaptive gameplay.
