Clue: Murder by Death launched recently but had a bit of a rough time out of the gates. There were a number of issues with the game, including on console a really big translation issue. I would play the game on Xbox Series X and choose English as my language but the game would stay in Spanish regardless. Well, Clue: Murder by Death has just received a nice update to address a host of the issues that were there at launch.
This update is specifically for consoles and includes the following:
- Adjust elements in some rooms to improve character mobility.
- Improve the UX for pop-up boxes using the gamepad.
- Improve the UX for observable objects.
- Improve the UX for pickable objects.
- Increase the Gameplay cycles by 1 hour.
- Add support dialogues for some minigames.
- Fix minor UI bugs.
- Add additional information about read dialogues.
- Adjust movement in elongated rooms to avoid unnecessary movement.
- Increase the UI size of some elements to improve readability.
- Fix localization errors.
- Fix collider and gameplay mechanics errors.
Have you had a chance to play Clue: Murder by Death on consoles yet? If so, have you run into any issues and will you go back to it with this new update?
