It was recently revealed that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will be released on October 23, 2026. To help whet your appetite, Infinity Ward is releasing a new video series titled “From the Ward.” The first three episodes are now available and can be watched below.

Developed by Infinity Ward, Modern Warfare 4 is set in a rapidly escalating global conflict centered on the Korean Peninsula. Players will fight as Private Park, a young South Korean soldier thrust into a full-scale North Korean invasion, while beyond the front lines, operator-turned-outlaw Captain Price works outside the system he once served in pursuit of a weapon that threatens to plunge the world into catastrophe. The campaign takes players around the world, from close-quarters combat in New York and thrilling car chases through Paris to SAS night raids in Mumbai and, of course, trench warfare in Korea.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will of course also feature a big multiplayer suite, Warzone, and the return of the DMZ extraction mode. Activision also announced that Call of Duty is returning to Nintendo platforms, with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 also making an appearance on the Nintendo Switch 2.
