Building on a standout weekend across the games industry, Hela: of Mice & Magic was featured at several major showcases including The MIX Summer Game Onsite Showcase, The Green Games Showcase and Wholesome Direct 2026. A new video from one of the showcases is now available, offering a closer look at the world of Hela: of Mice & Magic:

At The MIX Summer Game Onsite Showcase, industry professionals, creators, and fans had the opportunity to go hands-on with Hela: of Mice & Magic, meet the development team, and experience the magic of Hela ahead of release. For viewers at home, the game also appeared in The Green Games Showcase, PlanetPlay’s digital event highlighting titles focused on environmental awareness and conservation, as well as Wholesome Direct 2026, the annual showcase celebrating uplifting and cozy indie games. Hela: of Mice & Magic is also featured on the official t-shirt for Wholesome Direct 2026’s charity initiative, with all proceeds from sales supporting the Transgender Law Center.

In Hela: of Mice & Magic, players take on the role of a small but agile mouse, helping a kind, wary witch care for the land she has protected for generations. Explore alone or together across various environments like forests, meadows, wetlands, and burrows. The witch provides the player with a backpack infused with magic, enabling them to explore further, reach higher, and interact with the world in new, and sometimes relaxing ways.

Hela: of Mice & Magic, the recipient of two gamescom 2025 awards for “Most Entertaining” and “Most Wholesome”, is set to launch on Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC in 2026.
