Infogrames, a game publishing and distribution subsidiary of Atari, and Sand Castles Studios have announced that their co-op penguin platformer, Bread & Fred, is now available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, joining its availability on Steam, GOG.com, Epic Games Store , and Nintendo Switch. 

Bread & Fred is a challenging co-op platformer where players must work together to help two penguins jump and climb to the top of a snowy mountain. They will steer penguin pals Bread and Fred through a lively climb that requires both precision and teamwork. With the potential to fall and pull their partner down, Bread & Fred is a true test of collaboration and communication.

In addition to the base game, console players can also trek through the game’s ‘Laboratory Update,’ which doubled the game’s content by adding a whole new 666-meter map packed with new mechanics, NPCs and lore, as well as several new puzzle rooms and secrets to discover.
